Today, we bring you an EASY and super TASTY recipe for Garlic Mayo Chicken Wings. Kids love this snack so make sure to get them involved as well.
- Chicken wings with skin (12)
- Ginger paste (one table spoon)
- Garlic paste (one table spoon)
- Red pepper powder (two table spoons)
- Corn Flour (half cup)
- Egg (one)
- Salt according to your taste
- Mayonnaise (one cup)
- Sliced garlic
STEP 1: Marinate the wings
Marinate chicken wings using corn flour, egg, salt, red pepper powder, ginger paste, and garlic paste. You will need to marinate for 3-5 minutes to allow the chicken to absorb the ingredients.
STEP 2: Fry the chicken wings
Now heat the oil in a pan. Add wings once the oil is hot and fry them until they are done. It should take anywhere between 5-10 minutes depending on the oil temperature and the size of wings. If you marinate for longer, you can cut the frying time.
STEP 3: Make sauce for chicken wings
Add mayonnaise to a pan and turn on the stove on slow heat. Add sliced garlic and salt. Mix it well.
Now remove the sauce from the stove and add it to the chicken wings for a delicious snack. Kids will love it.
To make it more fun, you can ask your kids to make the sauce while you fry the wings. It’s a great family activity and a lot of fun.
